Mmmm....Caramelized!

I admit it. I'm a sweet freak. I have always, and will always, love sweets. Just about any kind. Even caramelized onions. Yum!
Sadly, I think 'caramelized' doesn't work with carrots. I believe you just call these 'burned'. But, heck, they are still OK on top!

Sorry, honey! Next time I won't get distracted reading blogs!

  2. I prefer my carrots raw, but I do have a sweet tooth, too, and caramelized onions are one of my favorites....especially on a hot dog or a steak! Mmmm!

  5. I prefer my carrots raw too. But the sweets thing....I gave sweets up for Lent. And I'm missing them right now. I did cheat yesterday. I had one of those chocolate Whethers candies. OMG YUM.

  6. You've got to try Pioneer Woman's Whiskey-Glazed Carrots...you'd LOVE them. Butter whiskey, brown sugar salt, pepper...and of course carrots. Talk about sweet! YUM!
