It's Lori's fault.
Her Naan Pizza always looks good enough to grab it off the computer screen.
The other day I saw Naan Bread at ALDI.
I grabbed it, and ta-da...
My toaster oven has an air fryer mode.
The pizza had a delightfully crispy crust.
Thanks for the inspiration, Lori.
Lori often gives meal inspiration, Dreamer. This looks good enough to eat!
ReplyDeleteSo many of my blog friends inspire me in so many ways.
DeleteI've never made a pizza with naan, but Jay and I have an amazing flatbread that we make with it. We ate it at a brewery once, then the brewery closed down, so we started making it at home. It's very simple, but yummy. Goat cheese with pepper jelly mixed in and spread on the bread, roasted chicken and potatoes, and topped with an arugula salad. It's one of my favorite meals.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds amazing! I'm a fan of putting a sweet/spicy surprise in many things. Today I made the naan into toasted cheese paninis (well, no panini press/pan, so basically toasted cheese) with some raspberry pepper jelly, brie, cheddar, parmesan and ham. Yum.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds amazing! I might have to try it! I love the sweet/spicy combo in so many things.
DeleteAs an aside, try a balsamic reduction drizzled on your pizza. It's a game changer. It's not sweet/spicy, but sweet/salty and so, so good.
We like naan pizzas and have them often when we are at home. Jen is gluten intolerant so we try to avoid products with gluten!
