I was exercising at Lowes.
i.e. I was trying to find which aisle was hiding my husband!
I kept hearing tapping, so I wandered on until I came to a table with moms, dads, and kids working on a project together.
This warmed my heart!
I love the expressions on all of the faces as this family explored the contents of their kit.
I had to wander on, but my steps were a little lighter.
What a good idea this is! Finding husbands can make for a lot of steps.

ReplyDeleteI took my Girl Scouts to a builder event at Home Depot. It was great, they even got to keep their little aprons. I think husbands hide on purpose in big stores. I lose mine in Costco every time we go but then he manages to find his way home anyway. LOL
ReplyDeleteI happened to wander into Home Depot on one of their free kids' build days and it was so much fun to watch! This was last month, so they were making Halloween houses. I think it's a great idea; what a way to spend time with a parent or guardian and learn some new skills.
